Job Description:

Online Self Service Portal is looking for strong technical acumen to drive the Self-service, Usability, Customer experience, adoption and improve performance. 
Should take end-to-end responsibility for the project, think from Customer perspective and drive from VDSI, participate and ensure business and system requirements are captured; ensure successful delivery and implementation with zero defects; take complete ownership of project deliverables with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings

Candidates Profile:

1. Candidates should possess BE/B.Tech/MCA & have 1-2.5 years in the IT infrastructure customer support environment where he handled global customer’s calls, email and alerts.
2. Should possess Good Communication Skills
3. Should bring in positive energy and be a highly motivating team member.
4. Should have strong knowledge in Java/JEE and SQL.
5. Knowledge on XML, WebServices, Struts MVC, Spring, Weblogic, Sencha extJS, FUSE CAMEL is an added advantage.
6. Ability to comprehend & manage technology
