Hi,I am sharing My Own Interview Experience Here.
Name : Srinivas[Admin of this Blog]
Interview Center : UBI Training School,Kolkata
There Were 3 Males and female In the interview Panel.My interview was at 1.00pm,so I reached there at 11.00 am.As Time passed,We were called according to panel Number,My Panel Number was XI.Interview tookaround 15-20 Min Only..
So ,the Verification Process Started at 3.00 pm
Note :
1. For DOB Verification,if you Dont have any Municipality Certificate,then You should hav 10th Class Pass Certificate,10th Class Marksheet/Admit Card is Not Valid for DOB Proof.
2. Caste Certificate Should be In IBPS Format,Else you have to fill a Undertaking Form there that You will submit at time of selection,simillarly for Provisional Certificates !
My Interview Started at 4:15 pm,I enterd the Room and Wished all Members..[F1,M2,M3,M4]

M3:Tell me about your Educational Qualifications :
I Told my Educational Details..
M3: As you are a Btech Student,Why Opting for Clerks,Rather than PO or Technical Side?
I replied,Ya Bank Job is Also a Good Growing Industry with Job security and Offering a wide range of opportunties for Graduates,so I want to make my career in it..
He seemed to be satisfied.
M2 : Can You Tell Me about Net Profit Fund,[I cant Remember it correctly,I havent heard before]
I replied: Sorry Sir, I havent Heard it anywhere..
M2: Its Ok..
F1: OK,When a Customer Visits a bank,What Does He/She Expects ?
I replied He Expects his work to be done Quickly.And Also To be Treated Good and Doesnt Wants to Wait in Queue.
F1: Thtats the Answer I Wanted.I am satisfied and She asked M4 to Ask a Question
M4 : Wahat is the Tota Legal Money In Our Country ?
I replied,Sorry Sir I dont hav idea abt it..
M4: K, I too thought you might not hav come across it.
M2: Can you read Write/Bengali?
I Replied : I understand BEngali,But Cant Read It, And Can Speak Little Bit.He Asked me to Write this in English on a white page:
I dont know to Read/Write Bengali
They Saw and Said Perfect !
M3: You Stayed in Both Andhra and Bengal,Are there any Simillarities/Differences in Atmosphere,People etc?
I replied..
M4 : Which Sports are you Interested ?
I Replied Cricket .
M4: K,Tell Me Gud Cricketers from Andhra Pradesh ?
I Replied : VVS Laxman
M3[Smiled] : And Said Another Great Captain of Indian Team ?
I replied Md.Azharuddin.
M3: Yes,they too Joined Me with the answer
M3: If you were Given to work in Rural area ,How ill You Manage?
I replied : I told As I Can Understand Bengali, and also Know to Speak i little bit,I can Fully learn in 1 Month..He Replied Yes, You Have to Learn Bengali..
And finally they told Your Interview is Over,Thank you !
