Company Profile:
Mazagon Dock Limited is the India’s premier shipyard constructing warships as well as offshore platforms.
Main activities are ship building, ship repairs and fabrication of offshore structures with facilities situated at Mumbai and Nhava. We have the capability to build warships, submarines, merchant ships upto 30,000 DWT and fabrication of well head platforms, process and production platforms and jack up rigs. For outfitting work, the company has a large number of workshops with sophisticated equipment and machines specific to hull fabrication and ship construction work.
Job Description :
The incumbent will have to handle job functions like ship/ submarine construction, refits, modernization, in any of the relevant fields of planning/ design/ procurement/ fabrication/ berth/ outfitting/ quality assurance/ test and trials.
He may be deployed for any other duties of the Company depending on requirement as may be decided by the Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidate should possess Full-Time degree in Engineering in (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) from a recognised university.
Should have minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA
Final year students are also eligible to apply for the post ; However their final selection will be subject to clearing the qualifying requirement as above with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent.
