• Freshers with Excellent communication in English.
• Looking for candidates comfortable working in NIGHT shifts only.
• Work location is Hyderabad.
• We will be investing in candidates training arrangements during first year. Hence, looking for candidates with zeal to work and perform and give a commitment to the business. This is to avoid any training loss.

Job Description:

• Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries (e- mails and phone) using the Best Practice guidelines.
• Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Education and Experience

• Any Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Ability to type
• Numeric, oral and written language applications
