Job Role        Intern- Support Consultant Associate


Job Description:

1. Provide technical and support for enterprise applications
2. Strong database and server knowledge
3. Log detail and accurate activities for all work performed on client issues Communicate daily with clients for status and/or updates of issues according to
guidelines
4. Work closely with members of the support team, development and other teams across the enterprise to upgrade our clients to the latest version of software across
a diverse Healthcare client base
5. Working with client IT and Clinical staff to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Enterprise EHR application issues
6 . Working with 3rd party hardware and software vendors as necessary to assis clients in resolving difficult system problems
7 . Providing off-hours coverage to clients on a rotating basis
8 . Working off hours scheduled shifts
9 . Attend training classes as requested

Expected Skills:

1. Stong SQL skills and understanding of DML,DDL,Triggers,Stored Procedures,
2. Views,etc. Good hands on experience with SQL scripts writing.
3. Good windows server and client opearting systems knowledge.
4. IIS knowledge will be an value add.
